I spent today walking round the city of Aalborg and trying to find a place called Lindholm Høje, a Viking cemetery and ruins, in Nørresundby, a town across the street. In the process, I’m pretty sure I accidentally trespassed on a military base.
Aalborg is a small town in the North of Denmark, about six hours from Denmark by train. The great thing about it is that there is a direct flight from London for £18 each way. I couldn’t pass up that opportunity to spend a week here for my Christmas break. Continue reading “Aall Aabout Aalborg”

I have, for the past month or so, been relatively busy for the first time in quite a while. But now I can rant about wine for a while!
I must insert as a prolegomenon that I am, in fact, a devout Protestant, even though I break some rules as all who have been reading this may know. The aim here is to consider what exactly is going wrong in the Church, and why people are leaving it, based on an experience I had in Charleston.
